Mr. Naibuka Saune is the Head of Mergers and Acquisition at Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited (ATH). He is primarily involved in investment management, strategic & operational management matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and restructures. He serves as a Director on the Boards of FINTEL, Telecom Fiji Limited and Telecom Vanuatu Limited, Bluesky American Samoa, Samoa, Cooks and subsidiary companies in Singapore and PNG. Naibuka is graduate of the University of the South Pacific (BA), University of New South Wales (MPhil) and University of Technology Sydney (PhD).
