Mansur Muhtar served as Executive Director for the World Bank Group, Co-Chair of the UN Inter-Governmental Committee of Experts on Sustainable Development Finance, Executive Director of the African Development Bank and Nigeria’s Minister of Finance. He holds a Master’s from Cambridge and a PhD in Economics from the University of Sussex. He is also a recipient of the Nigeria National Honors Award—Officer of the Federal Republic.
