Moussa Batraki is the Minister of Economic Planning and International Partnerships of Chad. He was appointed in July 2022 and formally occupied the head of the Ministry of Land Affairs, Housing Development and Urbanization.
Mr. Batraki previously served as a technical advisor to the Presidency of the Republic of Chad. He also served at the United Nations Office to the African Union as a Security Sector Reform (SSR) Adviser and as a Governance Advisor for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Mr. Batraki holds a master’s degrees in political science from Sciences Po Toulouse and a master’s degree in governance from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
