Margaret Triyana is a Senior Economist at the South Asia Office of the Chief Economist. Her main research area examines human capital formation over the life cycle, with an emphasis on how policies and environmental factors affect different dimensions of human capital in low and middle-income countries. She also examines the distributional impacts of both environmental risks and policies. She holds a PhD from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
