José María Blasco Ruiz is an economist Director of the Infrastructure, Health and ICT Division of ICEX Spain Export and Investment. He was the Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Spain in Singapore (2018-2021) and of the Embassy of Spain in Israel (2015-2018). Previously, José María was Director of Investment Projects at ICEX Invest in Spain (2014-2015). He also worked in the private sector before 2008, and for 5 years held different positions within the General Subdirectorate of Financial Development for Internationalization of the General Directorate of Trade and Investments of MINCOTUR.
