Elizabeth Ruppert Bulmer

Elizabeth has spent her career as a World Bank economist, integrating research into operational support through technical and strategic analysis and policy advice for developing and emerging economies around the world. Her research interests include just and green transition, distortions associated with informality, gender gaps, and the interface of labor market dynamics with growth, competitiveness, and structural transformation. She holds a PhD in economics from the University of Maryland.
