Devika Singh

Devika Singh is a climate change consultant at the World Bank working with the Education, and the Environment, Natural Resources and Blue Economy (ENB) Global Practices in Europe and Central Asia and South Asia. Devika joined the Bank as a Climate Consultant in 2021 supporting implementation of the Bank's Climate Corporate Commitments across sectors and projects with the Design for Climate (D4C) team in ECA, and also supports operations and analytical work in the ENB and EDU global practices. Devika's expertise lies in building climate resilience, green growth and the green transition, and climate policy reform. She has a Masters in International Development and Policy, specializing in Environmental Science and Energy Policy from the University of Chicago.
