David Groves

David Groves is a Lead Climate Change Specialist within the Climate Finance and Economics Unit of the World Bank’s Climate Change Group. He has extensive experience working with developing countries on climate adaptation and decarbonization plans, most recently in Latin America. He is co-leading a World Bank program supporting country long-term low emissions development strategies and working on the World Bank Group Country Climate and Development Reports (CCDRs), amongst several other projects focusing on the intersection of climate and development.
