Danielle Kamtié is a global policy and advocacy leader working at the intersection of youth inclusion, water governance, and the Sustainable Development Goals across Africa and globally.

Her work focuses on advancing youth-centered approaches to the SDGs, with particular emphasis on clean water and sanitation, gender equality, education, and meaningful youth participation in governance and decision-making spaces. Danielle is deeply committed to ensuring that young people, especially those from underrepresented communities, are engaged as genuine partners in policy, implementation, and accountability processes at local, national, and global levels.

She is the Co-Founder of the African Youth Parliament for Water, a pan-African organization active in 24 countries, engaging more than 30,000 young people as delivery partners in water governance and SDG implementation. In Canada, she serves on the board of the Blue Water Schools Network, connecting young Canadians to water stewardship and environmental literacy.

Danielle has contributed to youth-led initiatives, dialogues, and policy engagements across the world, working alongside governments, multilateral institutions, and civil society to strengthen youth participation in development and governance frameworks.
