Durr-e-Nayab is the Joint Director and Director Research at the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE). Her current areas of research include age-sex structure and its implications, including the demographic dividend, youth issues, and social capital. She has published extensively in national and international journals and has several books to her credit. Professor Durr-e-Nayab received her Ph.D. from the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra, Australia.
