Christian Schoder studied economics at the University of Vienna and at the Australian National University. He holds a PhD in Economics from the New School for Social Research. He was research assistant at Macroeconomic Policy Institute (IMK) and assistant professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the New School for Social Research. Christian has published in journals such as Journal of Applied Econometrics and Journal of International Money and Finance. His research interests include macroeconomic modeling, business cycles and applied Bayesian econometrics. Christian Schoder joined the World Bank as Research Economist.
