Carla Louveira

Carla Alexandra Oreste do Rosário Fernandes Louveira is the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of Mozambique. She is responsible for overseeing the fiscal policy, public debt management, financial inclusion and budget execution of the country.

Prior to her appointment Louveira worked for the Bank of Mozambique (BM) as Director of the Office of Financial Inclusion. She has a degree in Economics from Eduardo Mondlane University.
