Blaire is Global Head of the One Million Women Program at Uber, which is Uber’s pledge to economically empower 1,000,000 women as driver-partners on the global Uber platform. She is a business and operations leader with global experience in the technology sector, with a focus on diversity & inclusion.
Before joining Uber, Blaire was at Dropbox, where she built and led the Customer Marketing and Account Management functions. In addition, she built out Dropbox’s approach to diversity & inclusion, which included work across recruiting, promotions, compensation, engagement, and retention.
Before joining the tech sector, Blaire worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Blaire studied at Harvard Business School, where she earned her MBA, and at Brigham Young University, where she was a Gordon B. Hinckley Scholar and earned a BA in English Literature with high distinction.
