Andrej Leontiev is a partner and co-heads one of the biggest international law firms in Slovakia - Taylor Wessing. He is Head of the Automotive group in CEE and heads the CEE Start-up and Venture Capital group. He has an industry focus on Private Wealth, Real Estate & Infrastructure as well as on Technology, Media & Communications. He is well known for his expertise in all areas of Corporate and M&A, in addition, he is active in Commercial and Dispute Resolution. Andrej is frequently appointed as arbitrator. Andrej worked on multiple legislative initiatives for different Slovak ministries. He was one of the main idea leaders on the transparency of beneficial ownership. Andrej is a co-author of the Slovak Anti-shell Companies Law, as well as its substantial recent amendments. He regularly gives lectures and publishes articles on this topic.
