Adrian Lajtha is Accenture's Chief Leadership Officer. He is responsible for Accenture’s strategies and programs around global Inclusion & Diversity, Human Capital Strategy, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Corporate Citizenship, including Accenture’s Skills to Succeed initiative, which will equip 700,000 people around the world by 2015 with the skills to get a job or build a business. Adrian is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
