Mr. Abdul Malek is currently the Secretary of the Local Government Division within the Bangladesh Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and joined the Bangladesh Civil Service in 1986. Mr. Malek has had a long career in the Bangladeshi government, working in various ministries and locations throughout Bangladesh during his nearly 20 years of serving as a government official.
