Considering the fact that most students are vulnerable in this part of the world and also possess different learning styles, especially for those in the rural areas,what should the government do to assist such students. Also not just the government but what form of support can the NGOs who look after the welfare of children be giving at this period to reduce the burden it poses on the learners
