Andreas Hipple manages GHR Foundation’s Inter-Religious Action Initiative, funding efforts to bring religious leaders and communities together to tackle common development challenges. Hipple also leads GHR’s partner Better Way Foundation’s support for global and domestic early childhood development. Prior to joining GHR Foundation, Hipple was the director of programs for the Center for Interfaith Action on Global Poverty, where he directed a multi-million dollar program. Hipple was a Peace Corps volunteer in Benin for two years and began his career as an analyst for an investment consultancy in Minneapolis. He is completing his doctorate at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and earned a master’s degree in international relations with honors from SAIS. Hipple has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton College.
