Ms. Judith Tuluka was appointed Prime Minister of The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) on June 11, 2024. She joined the government in the last reshuffle of March 2022 as the state minister in charge of Planning. Prior to her appointment, she was Deputy Coordinator of the “Conseil Présidentiel de Veille Stratégique”. She holds a master’s degree in applied economics and a degree in complementary studies in Labor from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She has also worked as a UNDP national expert in a community support project in eastern DRC.
