The World Bank's @Mari_Pangestu says that reforms are key in four areas: 1. gender gaps in schooling, keeping girls in school; 2. removing constraints to better jobs for women; reducing operational sex segregation. Providing child care facilities is vital. 3. Remove women’s barriers to ownership. Protecting intellectual property rights. 4. Women’s voice and agency to tackle challenges. Women need to be part of the decision making.
