Which key fiscal and economic strategies would you recommend for the Governments of these countries, including Trinidad and Tobago to prioritize and implement?

More so in india where lockdown is likely to to push millions below the poverty line. No one knows the Indian financial system like you do. Most developing economies are import dependent and lack necessary infrastructure like electricity, public health care system even IT is a big issue in view of affordability and the economies are dominated by the informal sector. What approach and policies should the government adopt to better set their economies on the path of growth and development as Covid-19 has further revealed these lapses and the need for countries to be self-reliant and sufficient to some extent?
