    Panel: Because during this Pandemic Public Transport proven to be not a friendly mode of transport as per the way it used to be conducted do we think we still need to advocate it? if not what is the way forward if yes will it continue to qualify to be a public transport? This scenario has to be considered in the least developed countries environment.

    Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr, Mayor of Freetown: The climate crisis affects all of us. We need to work together. We cannot have vehicles exported to the global south that are not fit for purpose in advanced countries. The expression, leave no one behind, has to become real.

    Stientje van Veldhoven: We need to make sure there is an attractive and easy alternative to cars. On the second hand cars that are being exported, we need to come together there.  If we want to clean up those vehicles, let's do it jointly.
