There is a large gap of surplus or obsolete resources existing in western economies that go to waste. These resources whether in management, technical and financial must be transferred to needed areas. Technology platform like KZELLE matches the surplus with the needed. Why don't we utilize more private sector assistance to address this level of avoidable poverty especially in 2021?

The issue of the informal sector have existed for decades. In fact it is imbedded in the culture of African countries. How can we move more informal into formal sector implementable now? Too sad to leave millions in poverty while we ponder over data that already exist.
