Ranjitsinh Disale: Students of the 21st century are being taught by 20th century teachers using a 19th century curriculum on an 18th century system design; it's not the fault of teachers if the system doesn't work. Not everyone has access, it's true, and access to internet should be a birthright. If governments conceived of internet access as a right, it might become one.
