We applaud the onset of e-commerce however we need to have widespread technical knowledge to ensure the access to e- commerce is inclusive.Data remains expensive compromising internet access.Significantly there is the AfCFTA that has come into force and it has ver good instruments such as the Protocol of Women Youth and MSMes , however without adequate capacity building in e-commerce those instruments will not deliver

AfCFTA is premised on intra-trade within Africa however the challenges exist , especially around digital literacy.The AU Digital Strategy acknowleges the existent digital divide.How can IFC assist Africa in overcoming the digital literacy gap?
