I am from the Philippines. The Covit 19 situation compels the government to find new and innovative ways of teaching and learning, for example via online approach to maintain social/physical distancing. Are there any programs that would respond to the needs of students in far flung areas where internet usage is impossible? Students do not even have their own smartphones, tablets, or PCs to use to study.
