Excellent presentations and sharing of information from country specific examples. It would be nice to highlight how to promote that the policy environment ensures adequate coordination for the school reopening with other sectors (public health, sanitation, social welfare, private sector like the telecoms)

Thank you for rising issue of the parents education level. We have 750 million illiterate adults, who are often parents. Especially the illiterate parents may not encourage children to go back to school if they don’t know the importance of education by themselves continuing the poverty circle. To include functional adult education to the future education programmes would be critical to prevent similar situations in future.

With failing economies will the current barter system even justify to feed all globally. Isn't it time to rethink of innovating our current supply chain

As we discuss the various means/modes of reaching out to children as well as parents and also speak of the modes; what is are the Panelists thoughts about 'Girls- who are our learners'? Many of them do not have access to phones/gadgets. Moreover, if there is an economic difficulty, it is the girl who is held back. My work involves working with Adolescent Girls in India and we are pre-empting drop-outs as lockdown lifts. Any responses on navigating these? There could be more problems as well as we explore. Along with teaching, what are the recommendations for cushioning the impact of the already existing discrimination that may highten in this period and post the lockdown is lifted?
