James Anderson, Global Lead on Anticorruption, The World Bank: Part of our role at the World Bank is to support countries in their efforts to improve services for the citizens, and to help them try to think about not about what a high tech future world looks like but to identify what are the building blocks, the analog components that complement high tech solutions. There is a wide range of technological tools to controlling corruption and it is important to take a step back and really put citizens at the center.
