AGDTT is at present impacted by lack of financial resources and the allocation of such financing which is vested with the MOF. This is a negative impact which also includes the ability of AGDTT to acquire and adequate resources staff to perform its mandate.

SAI Maldives being a beneficiary of the grant is very grateful to SAI Saudi Arabia. Maldives has been hit hard by the Covid19, and this grant has been very helpful in acquiring the much needed IT related hardware to increase the efficiency of audits.
