What have World Bank been doing to control the SAI of different nation-states especially in the developing countries. Everyday we hear of billions  budgeted for this and for that but you won't see the impact. SAI is not independent in any form, each government appoints the one to work under him and leaves with the person. How can accountability thrive in such situation.We need a uniform SAI in the whole world in order to protect some nations from their looting leaders.
