The World Food Programme estimates the number of people facing acute food insecurity could double by the end of 2020 due to job and remittance losses. At the same time, farmers face depressed prices for their unsold farm produce, a reduced ability to finance food production in the next season, and massive locust waves in parts of East Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.

Good day everybody, All of us we know the lockdown affected negativlly the food suplly chain, although the world bank incouraging cash transaction as ecovery policy, my question is this good solution to insure food avaiavlibilty and accessability for poorest people???
