What would be the price of Carbon Tax in Chile? I heard Nigel topping say that at less than 20 or 30USD/ton there are few changes to accelerate the transition. Chile is currently preparing a national hydrogen strategy, will changes to the carbon tax be a part of promoting the H2 strategy? When (at what sort of timeline) can we expect prices in line with what the international experience is showing us is necessary?

The High Level Commission on Carbon Prices made recommendations for the carbon prices that would be necessary to achieve Paris aligned outcomes by 2030. Those prices ranged from $ 40-80 per tonne of CO2 in 2020, then between $ 50 and $ 100 in 2030. How are we doing against that target, and where specifically should businesses who support this outcome lean in over the next 12 months to advocate specific solutions to governments?
