I'd like to hear a little more about carbon pricing levels and which is the adequate applicable mechanism in energy sector. In Chile for instance, carbon tax is still set in 5USD/TONe and when it comes to electric market dispatch design, the tax is not added to varibale cost in order to calculate its real cost to the system. What are the recommendations in that sense to a better regulation design?
