Looking forward to this. Can the panel tackle the question of ‘how to fund?’ as well as ‘what to fund?’ What roles should unrestricted funding and outcomes funding play in a world in which we have an ever growing sense of which approaches are the ‘smartest buys’?

Hello, great topic and panel, thanks. Does the panel think we have the balance right between global initiatives, and country bilateral partnerships? some donors are scaling back in-country, and i fear this will weaken our ability to support building strong and sustainable systems.Thank you.
