India to become a true leader of South Asia needs to come forward with magnanimous heart putting besides and beyond its petty and parochial national concerns fed by bureaucratic establishment and hawkish political elites. It should be inclusive and accommodating enough to address justly the demands of its neighbors on trade, connectivity, migration of workers, technology transfer and well-knit regional cooperation.
