Thank you for your sense of urgency on this. We have had to adapt quickly to the Covid-19 environment and developed some effective responses. Our request of the development community is to recognize that we need to be innovative, AND willing to use expedited processes, as well as to take some risk with MULTIPLE experimental approaches if we want to address our crisis, especially with EdTech. The evidence evaluations processes need to be streamlined and minimize long-drawn out exercises.

...and one more...how can we make a stronger case to governments and donors (and voters!) that this agenda is fundamental to national economic development and global security, and ultimately in all our interests? - just being "morally right" may not be enough!Some nations are retreating into narrow short-termist self-interest, and see this as "spending" rather than "investment".Thank you again,Stephen
