Great presentation Tara. Question for you but also Asad is: what can the Bank do to be ahead of the curve in preventing fragility and conflict. How can the bank be more of an honest broker? In sone cases inertia on operations and lending could prevent the bank from stepping back and thinking about the impact we have on addressing drivers of conflict and reducing poverty.

Is it possible to form a Manhattan type project solely dedicated to developing new age, innovative global economic models, given FCV factors, various political, institutional and infrastructure landscapes, to achieve mass job creation paradigms to end poverty? I know this is an over simplification and a 50,000 foot view to achieve the goal, but what do you recommend to those of us developing New, Free Market Economic models based on AllPeopleProspering, to end poverty through mass job creation, societal balance between the People, govt., and corps., and substantively address our top challenges like, Mass Death and Starvation, Climate Change, Human Rights, and Chronic & Infectious Diseases. #AllPeopleProsper.

In its recent FCV strategy, the World Bank strongly emphasizes the role of the private sector in lifting countries out of conflict and fragility. Could one of the panelists possibly expand on this and highlight in what ways the private sector can contribute to aiding FCV contexts? What is the role of the private sector in contexts in which there is next to zero government regulation, property right enforcement, etc.?

The unit of analysis remains to be nation-states (Iraq, Vietnam, Nigeria, etc.). Shouldn't this change since as Tara stated, most conflicts are now sub-national and not inter-state? Within Nigeria, there are many different sub-national areas that should be treated differently from each other.
