Has a comparison been made between the priority areas identified through this data/evidence...and what gets financed at the operational level? Is there a disconnect between what the evidence tells us to invest in and what our operations do?

Tara, great presentation - it would be interesting to probe a little more the role of development in active conflict. For example in Afghanistan poverty has been steadily increasing since 2012 albeit socio-economic indicators (health/ education) have improved. In sum, do you think we are sufficiently transformational in addressing the structural drivers of poverty in active conflict settings.
