Is it possible to reopen and analyse the files of what make up the debt of the poorest countries and allow these countries to fully participate in all the processes of the funds allocation and the debt eradication?This will help a lot to identify which one of the key area will be applicable to decrease the debt of these countries.Thank you so much.
