In most countries the major problem in national debt management lies in its acquisition of the loans without equitable consideration of how such mammoth loans and interests shall be paid back. Also the manner and sectors to whiich such loans are applied.. The big question to World Bank is what regulatory authority do you have over other lending institutions who often give out loans deliberately with nterior motive to grab collatoral or enslave poor borrower defaulters
