It is clear that the Sahelian region is shaken by security crisis due to the lack of employment of young people.Can’t WB launch program for the construction of photovoltaic panels to promote electrification,employing these young people, to avoid their indoctrination to jihadism?

African countries are more vulnerable with climatic change and mostly these changes increase the level of money consumed. Not only that many youth lost jobs and wealth, what did World bank will do to the African countries to change the tendance of lossing wealth and using climate change to creat job opportunities
