Tan: We’re thinking about financial services and digital payments, and the concept of micro-financial services for underbanked and underserved communities. With applications, the internet and smartphones, we can bring things like micro-insurance to our users, drivers and merchants. We want to bring the same concept of micro-insurance to micro-savings and micro-investments.

The urgency for e-skills demand in Africa is so great. The Youth bulge in Africa can be converted into a youth dividend by imparting appropriate digital skills and 4IR skills to each and every one of them.
