Won't it be advantageous to let developing countries have access to Johnson & Johnson vaccine for logistical reasons since it is a once-off jab?

In creating the COVAX AMC, has the initially envisioned international buyers' club actually been split into two? with separate budgets, procurement and distribution processes for HICs & UMICs on one side and LICs & LMICs on the other?

Regarding Pakistan and it applies to many other countries as well, Covax Program will cover only 40 million vaccines. Private efforts will cover another 5-10 million people. This means another 50-55 million people above the age of 18 has no vaccine coverage. This also means, not even 50% immunity coverage through vaccines. What does the World Bank see to cover this large population that is not going to have any vaccine coverage?
