In countries like Nepal, majority of the population still do not have access to the internet. Access to mobile phones or radio is also very limited. How do you think can gender digital divide be addressed without adequate access to the internet platform? What can we do to address this issue?

@sonia is so right in saying we need to rethink how can we attract more women. Technology is not gender neutral is so accurate. You need to get closer to the ground and find out what works best to solve the problems. Do not think one solution solves the problem
