Good afternoon. The YPP page states that "Recommendations will be requested via email during the eligibility screening stage". Are recommenders contacted directly or do candidates send the letters through? If recommenders are contacted directly, do they send a written PDF letter by email or is there a recommender's form to fill out, with questions about candidates etc? What will be the time burden on recommenders in this process? All of this information is necessary to reach out to potential recommenders.
