Thank you, Iman. I was wondering about what is considered "relevant" work experience. For the WB programme in particular, is it necessary to have spent working years directly in the international development sector or would professional backgrounds in fields related to the WB sectors also be considered - e.g. a background in education and impact evaluations. I do have some experience doing volunteering in international development, but this was not a paid or permanent position.

Hello! I am very interested in applying to the Young Professionals Program. I have a Masters degree in International Relations from a US accredited university, several years experience abroad, and I currently work at a nonprofit that supports refugees on the US-Mexico border. However, in lieu of a thesis my university had me complete a global project while studying abroad. Can I still apply? And if so, should I describe the global project instead of a thesis summary? Thank you!
