It seems to me that the Philippines is falling behind with COVID. What is the WB doing to assist and increase the vaccination and health care rate in the Philippines?

Given the current restriction of vaccines (in the short run), what about prioritizing first doses (or even half doses for certain vaccines)? In the short run, there is a trade-off between intensive and extensive coverage. We need to focus on extensive coverage in the short run to reduce transmissions (R0) and slow down further mutations.

La Banque soutiendra-t-elle les appels de l'ONUSIDA et de l'OMS en faveur d'une renonciation aux droits de propriété intellectuelle pendant la pandémie afin de permettre aux pays pauvres de fabriquer des vaccins génériques ?

Ultimately, vaccines must be below $1 to develop to use another $3 for logistical support to get it into people's arms. $12 billion by WB is a great starting point and I hope not the ending point especially if people are going to be vaccinated for the next 5-7 years. Please comment. Thanks

In Nature Peer Reviewed Journal a DNA Vaccine showed very good results especially in safety. When can we learn more about such promising new vaccines
