A Syrian refugee mom put the situation in the right terms, "you want me to buy masks or buy food for my 3 children?" This situation applies to many countries as well. After getting the free 20% vaccines under Covax Program, they don't have money to buy additional 30% with their own funds. Will World Bank have a grant program other than loans for these countries so they can have bread and vaccines as well?

Training is important in the health care department. World Bank Organisation need to have a meeting with all citizens working in the government who are within the health sector, to ensure ethical practices are always conducted and distribution is handled correctly and responsibly so all government officials be held accountable everywhere.

World must be proactive and not reactive to avoid another pandemic.. Now that we have several vaccines, we need to make sure that the vaccines are distributed equaitably. In addition, we need to test, trace and track these pathogens,bateria, viruses on a regular basis. We at Patho Care LLC are presently building a World-Wide Genomic Surveillance System to do so that is engineer through Artificial intelligence and by scientist with 40 years of more experience in fighting germ warfare.
