Global unemployment is estimated to have increased by nearly 34 million people, and 53 million more people will remain in extreme poverty. In the post-financial crisis world, unemployment is the new crisis, and unemployment among young people is particularly acute. In the waning months of 2010, it's more important than ever to create jobs, train workers, spur industrial competitiveness and increase productivity. But how can we achieve these goals?
