Kundra, currently Executive Vice President of Emerging Markets at Salesforce and a visiting fellow at Harvard, was the first Chief Information Office of the United States.  He oversaw the creation of data.gov - one of the first national Open Government Data initiatives in the world and a model which other countries continue to learn from. Mr. Kundra's keynote will be followed by a panel discussion about how the World Bank can continue supporting open government initiatives.
